I’m a passionate web developer based in Southampton UK on a mission to provide small businesses and startups with the power of a large scale web agency. I have the skill set of front/backend developers, designers and a hosting provider but I come without the overheads. I’m a perfectionist and idealist so my websites are built to be fast, reliable and according to modern web standards to ensure performance, accessibility and best practices. Previous Projects
Nightingale Mortgage Consultants
A new website was required for a mortgage advisor with a fresh clean look with bold colours to separate them from the slightly dated competition.
For this website I designed and built as a custom WordPress block theme along with custom plugins which allow custom content types such as services, reviews and more. The page elements are managed as block theme patterns, allowing easy editing and re-jigging of content.
A full brand design kicked off the project and now features across company stationary and signage.
Bespoke 4 Joinery
This joinery firm had 6 separate websites to represent it’s various niches. The problem is no one website was getting any great traffic.
After establishing a plan to migrate and unify the content into one website, I designed this block theme from scratch and using my custom plugins, launched a website which now gets 100+ times more traffic than the old websites combined.
Much of the custom content can be edited from the WordPress admin interface thanks to custom settings built into the theme. The content is structured into categories which generate the multi-layered page hierarchy.
Barr’s Barking Salon
This brand new dog grooming business needed a way to catch local searches and generate bookings.
The website features an admin interface which allows the editing of service costs for each breed of dog. It also features social media integration to show-off the latest posts.
With a clean colour scheme and some subtle animations, a premium look and feel was established to set the business above other local groomers.
As with all my sites, prominent calls-to-action are featured across the site to maximise new bookings.
